Hi everybody.
Sorry for not posting earlier.
Joey is right in that I charge $125.00 for my headliner plus shipping. As for the thickness, I usually make them with 3 layers of 1.5 oz. fiberglass which comes out to 3/32" thick. I can make them thicker if the customer wants it that way but 3 layers is usually sufficient. A fourth layer would make 1/8" thick.
B.J(Blade21) did have me cut a liner into 5 pieces for better shipping to the Netherlands. He was very happy with it.
Thank you Joey and bucksanass1 for the kind words and posting pics.
Joe

No problem Buck.
Joey, my other job has me on the road a lot. When Craig and I got back from Vegas I had to leave the very next day. With the exception of a couple of days I have been on the road since and just got back Thursday morning at 5am. I still look in from time to time when I am on the road and try to respond to emails as quick as I can, but I don't post anywhere very often.
By the way, how's your KITT doing?
Joe

Hey Buck and Joe,
I need to fix my moulds, or maybe just make new moulds, before I can make more caps. I am going back on the road in a few days until the beginning of August so when I get back I will try to get that done and let you know.

Got a message from Joe about this, and it looks like I'll end up getting one of his fine boards. Looked over the pics posted here and elsewhere, and I'm sold. His board looks really nice, and he'd cut mine in three pieces to save me some jack on shipping charges. So there ya go! At 3/32 inch thick, I should be alright covering it without the fear of snapping it in half! LOL!
Thanks for the reply Joe, and we'll talk soon!
